Clinical Knowledge - I have all the Six Month Smiles skill set and knowledge as I have been teaching for years.

Clinical Experience - Six Month Smiles is the only treatment I perform in my clinics.

Marketing - I have all of the marketing knowledge and this has been proven to be successful in all of my practices, which are in varied locations according to patient type.

Patient Consultation - I achieve a 90% conversion rate from my consultations. In combination, this has proven to be a magic formula time & time again, which I am willing to offer you!

Photographs - I'll even teach you how to take correct photographs with your cameras and where to get the right equipment from at the best prices!

You may ask, why am I doing this? Quite simply, because of the fact that I love to teach! For those of you that have been on my seminars or study clubs, you know this already. I am very passionate about what I do because I really enjoy it. I will attend your practice and do a personalized study club there for all the providers in the practice along with the team.

The advantages of this would be multiple:
  • No other STO company in the UK provides this service and therefore this would make you stand out even more by being THE Six Month Smiles provider in your area. PTKs from the practice would therefore increase rapidly!
  • Advice would be given on all aspects of Six Month Smiles that are required and therefore tailored to your practice. From any problem cases, photos can be discussed, you can even book in patients at the same time so I could advise you live. I have a huge array of photos, so can show you examples of almost every situation.
  • Advice on the consultation process. I will do a live consultation with you and your team which is invaluable. I have done numerous sales & communication courses and incorporated it into a near perfect consultation, giving me a 90% conversion rate. I will give you a document that I have created that is a step by step approach to the perfect consultation.
  • We are heavily involved with marketing, working with the leading dental website companies for website and internet marketing (this includes social media, SEO, Google, PPC, Blogging), Short term/long term nurturing of potential patients (once a seed is planted in the patients head how to regularly follow it up until the patient says Yes). All of this knowledge would in itself be invaluable for the practice.
  • I would be happy to answer any follow-up calls/emails post visit to see how the changes have been implemented and review the results for one month.
  • I will provide a pre-visit call to make sure that everything is ready on the day that I visit & make sure that I cater for your bespoke needs.
  • The team would also be present so that I can train the team on exactly what needs to be said, including answering phone calls in the correct manner & what the TCO needs to do.
  • I have a lot of material that I can pass onto the practice, e.g. a pre-consultation email to send out that gets rid of all of the time wasters.
  • The cost for this session would be recovered if the practice just do ONE extra PTK due to the methods and techniques learnt.
  • I would be happy to provide a morning/afternoon/evening session.
  • I routinely do this at my practices with all of my associates and therefore it has been tried and tested and know that it works.
Cost:
  • In your office with as many Providers and team - Usually £2500, Now £1999.
  • Come to my clinic (Slough) for half day to see me in action - £500 per provider

What was the main reason you booked the half-day session?

I wanted to increase my confidence in starting my first case (having attended the initial Six Month Smile course, then a refresher one later) I felt I would be more comfortable watching live cases in addition to online videos.

Did you find the communication process prior to booking adequate?

Yes, everything was organised very well. I was given email reminder and Dr Gill made sure that I had everything I needed for the day.

What was the best things about today's session?

Watching Dr Gill operating live on the patient and seeing how comfortable it actually is…. the consultation visit was of great benefit as it helped me to go through the sequence of patient acceptance of the treatment.

What was the worst thing about today's session?

Nothing at all!

I was also able to discuss some planned cases which gave me great confidence boost. Thank you, Dr Gill.
